You're sold out but I would love to special order?
We are happy to special order any item(s) available from our brand offering. Simply send us an email to customerservice@erastyleloft.com to place your request and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days. All special order items require a 50% deposit. Once the item is received it can be picked up in store or shipped with the remaining balance due at this time. If for some reason your special order item does not work for you it is eligible for return or exchange noting the 50% is only eligible for store credit.

What if I do not receive an email confirmation for my online order?

What is 'Pre-order' and when can I expect it to ship?
Items that display 'Pre-order' on their product page are currently available for purchase, but not yet ready to ship. 'Pre-order' delivery times vary depending on brand or style. Please refer to the item description for the most accurate shipping date estimations. An email confirmation will be sent once your 'Pre-order' item has been processed with a shipping date window.
Do you take phone orders?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate phone orders. Please call 306-652-2770 Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm, Sunday 12pm – 5pm to place an order.
